Law Enforcement Evaluations

ACaP’s Licensed Psychologist provides a thorough evaluation of individuals referred by law enforcement and the courts. Mental health and intelligence are often key factors in determining whether an individual will come in contact with law enforcement officials and whether or not the individual will be a successful candidate for rehabilitation. Once a referred individual has been evaluated, ACAP’s Licensed Psychologist provides an a comprehensive summary of findings and predictors, as well as professional recommendations regarding sentencing, probation, and likelihood of future recidivism.
